Knack's Salesforce Integration Enhances Visibility into Tutoring Session Data

Supporting how our partners define and contribute to student success is at the heart of everything we do at Knack. This means we are always looking for new ways to improve not only the Knack experience for students but also for our partners.

With this in mind, we're pleased to share that our new integration with the Salesforce platform now allows partners to view their Knack Program’s data within the Salesforce views they use most often.

Many universities utilize Salesforce’s Education Data Architecture (EDA) extension and Student Success Hub for Higher Education (formerly Advisor Link) to power advising efforts. Our latest integration helps streamline access to information by automatically syncing tutoring data on a daily basis with partner Salesforce instances.

These streamlined views makes it easier than ever for our partners to monitor key tutoring session data, identify usage trends, and proactively engage with students that could use peer tutoring support.

“We are incredibly excited to see the immediate impact of this new integration with Salesforce,” shared Knack Co-Founder & CEO, Samyr Qureshi. “Whenever we introduce new ways to help our partners better support student learning, it’s a great reminder of the power technology has to enhance and encourage productive human interactions while reducing data silos. This integration is a perfect example of the symbiotic relationship between technological and human intervention as it pertains to driving student success.”
